The Process
1. Initial Inquiry
Upon reviewing and approving the provided information, we'll arrange for an interview via Zoom.
2. Application
Once your application is approved, we may request additional documentation, such as bank statements or verification of provided information, to assess your financial background. Following this, we'll schedule a discovery day to walk you through the entire process in detail.
3. Franchise Agreement
Once you are awarded a franchise, we will work to execute a non-location specific Franchise Agreement with you.
4. Location Assessment
As the franchisee, you'll scout and propose a site location, which we'll thoroughly review for suitability. Additionally, we'll assist in checking the lease agreement before you sign.
5. Store Construction and Development
Once the lease is signed, our in-house designer will supply all necessary materials for restaurant design. We're committed to providing exceptional support in crafting your new shop. Our seasoned architect will review the plans, and construction can commence upon final plan approval. We'll collaborate closely with your General Contractor, offering guidance throughout construction to ensure your shop meets our design standards.
6. Training
At Spot Dessert Bar, comprehensive training is integral to our system. Every franchisee undergoes ten to fourteen days of thorough store operations training, including two days in a classroom setting. Additionally, we provide four to ten days of on-site training once a store opens. Our commitment to ongoing support extends to franchise partners and their crew members, ensuring they receive continuous training and assistance throughout their journey with us.
10. Grand Opening
Our team member will be present at the grand opening to provide assistance and support.
